Job summary

HRTX is seeking an IT Head in Canlubang, Laguna to lead the entire IT function, shaping technology strategy, systems, infrastructure and day‑to‑day operations on site. You will drive a technology roadmap and ensure reliable, secure services aligned with business goals.

The role requires a senior leader with 12–15 years in IT operations, including 5+ years in management, and strong SAP/enterprise systems expertise.

Qualifications

Senior IT leader with 12–15 years in IT operations, including 5+ years in management.
Experience in FMCG/pharma/manufacturing or similar complex enterprise environments preferred.
Strong knowledge of SAP and enterprise systems, with project delivery experience.

Responsibilities

Define and drive IT strategy, roadmap, operations and service delivery.
Oversee IT infrastructure, applications and enterprise systems.
Oversee SAP administration and other enterprise systems.
Lead IT projects, systems implementations, upgrades, integrations and process improvements.
Ensure availability, security and efficiency of critical IT systems.
Identify opportunities to improve IT processes and operational efficiency.
Provide hands-on technical support for critical issues and major initiatives.
Collaborate with senior management to translate business needs into IT solutions.
Lead, develop and manage the IT team for accountability and growth.
