Job summary

eClerx is seeking a network infrastructure professional to ensure SLA commitments, monitor and optimize enterprise systems, and address security incidents in a fast-paced environment.

You will work with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot, analyze data, and deliver RCA reports within SLA. The role requires strong communication skills, ITIL knowledge, and hands-on experience with LAN/WAN networks.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of TCP/IP, LAN, WAN, Network Security and NMS is highly preferred.
• Cisco products & solutions knowledge is required.
• ITIL and information security compliant environments preferred.
• 2–3 years’ experience in installing/supporting/designing mixed LAN/WAN environments, switches, routers, firewalls.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Bachelor’s/PG degree in Computer Engineering/Electronics & Communications/CS.
• Analytical and team management skills required.
• Call Center/BPO/SI experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and report on SLA commitments.
• Ensure projects and activities meet commitments.
• Regularly review network infrastructure and recommend changes.
• Optimize performance and availability of enterprise systems.
• Respond to security incidents and policy violations.
• Troubleshoot with relevant teams across technology problems.
• Apply proper troubleshooting techniques and tools.
• Provide technically grounded recommendations and analysis.
• Give regular troubleshooting updates to team, management, and client.
• Prepare incident reports and RCAs within SLA, coordinate resolutions.
• Serve as escalation point to EUSG team.
