Job summary

ECI is seeking a Senior Network Security Engineer to join our 24x7 Managed Services team. You will provide technical support, consult with clients across industries, and proactively address security and network issues in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate brings 8+ years in network support, CCIE or equivalent, and hands-on experience with Palo Alto, Cisco Meraki, FortiGate, and related technologies. Excellent communication and project leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• CCIE or equivalent certification is required or strongly preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in network support and delivering network projects.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support to clients globally.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex network issues (routing, switching, VPNs, wireless).
• Manage change scripts and updates on client networks.
• Lead network design and scope-of-work for projects.
• Oversee remote onboarding/offboarding and client communications.
• Collaborate across teams to resolve cases promptly.
