• Upskeep, monitoring, and support of the infrastructure environment and facilities.
• Maintain security baselines and implement security improvements across servers.
• Manage backup systems and patch management across production environments.
• Collaborate with vendors and architects on roadmaps and new technologies.
• Document changes and maintain end-user and technical documentation.
