Job summary

MicroSourcing is seeking a Level 3 IT Support Engineer / Systems Engineer for an onsite role in Eastwood, Quezon City. You will serve as the senior escalation point, troubleshooting Microsoft 365, Azure AD, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and virtualized infrastructure, while mentoring junior engineers and contributing to process improvements.

Qualifications

Strong troubleshooting, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills.
Experience in MSP or multi-client environments.
Experience administering Microsoft 365 environments.
Solid knowledge of Windows Server and Active Directory / Azure AD.
Strong networking fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, VPNs, firewalls).

Responsibilities

Act as the senior escalation point for complex technical issues across client environments.
Troubleshoot and support Microsoft 365 and hybrid environments.
Manage and troubleshoot Azure AD / Entra ID, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and Intune / Endpoint Management.
Support and maintain virtualized infrastructure using VMware and/or Hyper-V.
Troubleshoot Windows Server, AD, networking, VPNs, DNS, DHCP, and firewalls.
Support cloud-first and hybrid client environments and assist with infrastructure improvement projects.
Work directly with clients to resolve technical issues and provide guidance.
Manage incidents end-to-end and ensure timely resolution.
Improve technical documentation, standards, and internal support processes.
Mentor junior engineers and provide technical escalation support.
