Job summary

MicroSourcing in Manila seeks an experienced L3 IT Support Engineer to be the senior escalation point for complex issues across client environments. You will troubleshoot Microsoft 365, hybrid setups, and manage Azure AD/Entra ID, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and Intune.

Qualifications

Must be able to troubleshoot complex issues across multiple client environments.
Experience supporting Microsoft 365 environments in MSP or multi-client setups.
Strong knowledge of networking fundamentals and domain management.

Responsibilities

Act as senior escalation point for complex technical issues across client environments.
Troubleshoot and support advanced Microsoft 365 and hybrid environments.
Manage and troubleshoot Azure AD / Entra ID, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and Intune / Endpoint Management.
Support and maintain virtualized infrastructure using VMware and/or Hyper-V.
Troubleshoot Windows Server, Active Directory, networking, VPNs, DNS, DHCP, and firewalls.
Support cloud-first and hybrid client environments and assist with infrastructure projects.
Work with clients to resolve technical issues and provide guidance.
Manage incidents end-to-end and drive timely resolution.
Improve technical documentation, standards, and internal support processes.
Mentor junior engineers and provide guidance when required.
