Job summary

IQ-EQ in Metro Manila is looking for an IT Support Engineer (Level 3) to lead client onboarding and manage complex technical escalations. You will work closely with the Engineering Manager and ensure project tasks are completed effectively.

The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of IT experience, particularly in Microsoft 365 and Cisco Meraki solutions, along with strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant IT experience, MSP or MSSP background preferred.
• Intermediate-to-advanced PowerShell and Microsoft Graph API scripting skills.
• Strong networking background: routers, DNS, VLANs, NAT, VPN.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding deployments and project support for new clients.
• Troubleshoot complex technology issues across client environments.
• Document and implement processes to improve operational efficiency.
