Job summary

IQ-EQ Philippines is seeking an IT Support Engineer (Level 3) to act as the top internal escalation resource, managing complex tickets, onboarding new clients, and deployments while documenting processes and mentoring engineers.

The role focuses on Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, and Cisco Meraki deployments, plus strong networking, Windows/macOS support, and collaboration with the Engineering Manager to meet SLAs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of IT experience, preferably in an MSP/MSSP environment.
• Deep expertise in Microsoft 365 (E5, EMS E3) including Entra ID, Exchange Online, Intune, SharePoint, and Teams.
• Strong PowerShell and Microsoft Graph API, with solid networking knowledge.
• Experience supporting Windows 11, Windows Server (Azure and on-prem), macOS, and Intune.
• Excellent communication skills; preferred certifications (Microsoft, Azure, Meraki, ITIL).

Responsibilities

• Manage escalated tickets and project assignments, ensuring SLA timelines.
• Diagnose complex issues, identify root causes, and improve processes and documentation.
• Lead Microsoft 365 and cloud initiatives (M365, Entra ID, Intune).
• Design, deploy, and support Cisco Meraki network solutions across client environments.
• Lead client onboarding and project delivery, ensuring secure, reliable IT infrastructure.
