Job summary

Teleperformance is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead and manage technical aspects for assigned client projects. You will oversee all technical aspects, set deadlines, assign responsibilities, and monitor progress, reporting to upper management.

The role requires 7+ years in project management, experience in Networking, Desktop, Telephony, and infrastructure projects, and BPO and client onboarding exposure. Travel and after-hours work may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of relevant project management experience.
• Experience supporting Networking, Desktop, Telephony and other infrastructure-based projects.
• Experience working in BPO space and Client Onboarding.
• Experience and ability to qualify to support Government projects.
• Experience with managing timelines, resources, and tasks.
• Must be able to work Monday through Friday primarily between the hours of 8:00am to 5:00pm (CST).
• Must be flexible to accommodate after hour projects when needed.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• The ability to work under stress and meet deadlines; detail oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Must submit to and pass background check.

Responsibilities

• Oversees all technical aspects of client(s) and their projects, including technology health.
• Sets deadlines, assigns responsibilities, and monitors and summarizes progress of project
• Prepares reports for upper management regarding status of client(s) and their project(s)
• Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures
• Leads and directs the work of others. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected
• Coordination with the IT teams in order to provide timely delivery of projects as per client’s request. Projects such as new initiatives, new locations to provide service from, and new technologies.
• To be both accessible, approachable and responsive to client requests
• Thrive as a team player in a fast-paced, high-energy, change-oriented environment
• Participate and address production affecting outages specific to assigned client(s)
• Evaluate client(s) projects and offer technical solutions to fill gaps and improve performance
• Assist with completing and updating technical documentation
• Assist in facilitating client(s) and internal audits of the client(s) technical requirements
• Work during primary client(s) hours of operation
• Travel as needed
