Optum Philippines is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead complex delivery programs across multiple initiatives. The role requires coordinating milestones, managing risks, and ensuring client satisfaction through disciplined project governance.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong English communication, rigorous attention to detail, and the ability to drive cross-functional teams using established PM methodologies.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of total work experience with 3+ years in IT Project Management.
• Experience with Agile methodologies, PowerBI and PM tools.
• Fluent in oral and written English with strong executive summaries.
• Analytical with emphasis on accuracy and detail.
• Ability to estimate activities, plan projects and monitor progress.
• Experience managing risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Financial accountability for milestones and subprojects.

Responsibilities

• Verify and correct intercompany infrastructure deliverables tracked, reported, and charged accurately.
• Manage multiple projects daily and escalate issues to leadership with sound judgment.
• Deliver contracted packages on time, within budget, and to client satisfaction.
• Plan and coordinate ITES projects, ensuring milestones meet quality standards.
• Drive user acceptance testing and handover to operations.
• Chair project meetings involving clients and suppliers.
• Build and maintain relationships to assist delivery now and in future.
• Apply structured project management methodologies and train teams.
• Maintain knowledge of infrastructure tech across multiple platforms.
