Job summary

A leading technology services company located in Manila is seeking a Senior Project Manager to coordinate project execution and manage client relationships. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT project management and a solid understanding of software development and DEVOPS. Excellent communication and organizational skills are essential. This role requires experience in delivering projects on-time and within budget, and PMP / PRINCE II certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Strong background in project management, preferably as Senior PM or PgM in IT.

• PMP / PRINCE II certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
• Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
• Ensure resource availability and allocation. Develop a detailed project plan to track progress.
• Develop Project & Program strategy as appropriate.
• Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs.
• Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques.
• Report and escalate to management as needed.
• Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders. Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
• Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
• Participate in country PS strategy execution by joining monthly country reviews.
• Execute PS strategy by participating in hiring events, arranging, and attracting local tech and PM talent.

Qualifications

• Great educational background, preferably in the fields of computer science or engineering for technical project managers.
• Proven working experience as a Senior PM or PgM in the information technology sector.
• Solid technical background, with understanding or hands‑on experience in software development and DEVOPS, Avaya or omnichannel/IVR solutions.
• Excellent client‑facing and internal communication skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi‑tasking skills.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, MS Project. Prior experience of building teams and hiring people.
• Ability to manage priorities.
• PMP / PRINCE II certification is a plus.
