Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years of related experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess, prioritize, and plan proposed changes to IT systems, applications, and infrastructure.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive change management processes and procedures in accordance with ITIL best practices.
• Conduct impact assessments to identify potential risks and dependencies.
• Facilitate change advisory board (CAB) meetings to review and approve change requests, ensuring alignment with business objectives and compliance requirements.
• Coordinate communication and training efforts to ensure stakeholders are informed about upcoming changes and prepared to adapt to new processes or technologies.
• Monitor and track the progress of change implementations, identifying and addressing any issues.
• Conduct post-implementation reviews to evaluate the effectiveness of changes and see opportunities for improvement.
• Serve as a domain expert on change management processes, providing guidance and support to colleagues and customers as needed.
