You will coordinate all IT changes, drive CAB decisions, and ensure zero incidents post-implementation, leveraging Jira and other tools.

Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)

Must-Have

• 10+ years of Experience in managing the change management activities of Infrastructure projects in banking domain
• Manage & Co-ordinate all aspects of IT changes
• Manage & take appropriate decisions as part of CAB
• Experience with tools like Jira etc.,

Good-to-Have

• ITIL Certification
