Smart Communications, Inc. is seeking a Senior Business Analyst Specialist – IT SSQC in Metro Manila to bridge business needs with technology for complex system-delivery projects.

You will lead requirements elicitation and analysis with solution architects, development, and testing teams throughout the SDLC. You will facilitate workshops and discussions with stakeholders, guiding scope, risk, and delivery approaches.

Qualifications

• Experience leading requirement discussions across business and technical teams.
• Strong facilitation skills for workshops and stakeholder interviews.
• Able to govern requirements with traceability through delivery lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements elicitation and analysis for IT system delivery projects, translating business needs into clear functional and non-functional requirements.
• Facilitate workshops and discussions with business and technical stakeholders to align on scope, risk, and delivery approach.
• Partner with solution architects and development/testing teams throughout the SDLC to ensure requirements are documented and delivered.
• Plan and monitor business analysis efforts for complex projects, including BA approach and stakeholder analysis.
• Assess and recommend delivery approaches based on objectives and feasibility.
• Drive requirements governance, maintaining documentation standards and traceability from elicitation through delivery.
