Reports to: Senior Business Analyst Supervisor

Job Summary

What happens when a great idea meets a system that isn't ready for it? That gap, between what the business needs and what the technology can deliver, is exactly where this role lives. As Senior Business Analyst Supervisor, you'll be the person who closes it.

You’ll lead requirements elicitation and analysis for complex, system-delivery projects, working directly with solution architects, development, and testing teams throughout the SDLC. You’ll facilitate the workshops and discussions that turn ambiguous business needs into clear functional requirements, and you’ll be trusted to drive those conversations with minimal supervision.

We welcome applicants from a range of backgrounds who bring strong IT business analysis and stakeholder facilitation skills; telco industry knowledge, Agile delivery experience, or BABOK exposure are a plus, not a requirement.

What You’ll Do

• Lead requirements elicitation and analysis for IT system delivery projects, translating business needs into clear functional and non-functional requirements.
• Facilitate workshops and discussions with both business and technical stakeholders to align on scope, risk, and delivery approach.
• Partner with solution architects and development/testing teams throughout the SDLC to ensure requirements are accurately understood, documented, and delivered.
• Plan and monitor business analysis efforts for complex projects, including BA approach, stakeholder analysis, and workplan.
• Assess and recommend delivery approaches (configuration, code development, capability build, or system modernization) based on business objectives and technical feasibility.
• Drive requirements governance, maintaining documentation standards and traceability from elicitation through delivery.

Who Should Apply

Professionals with 5 to 8 years of experience in IT business and solutions analysis, ideally within system delivery or integration projects, who can confidently lead requirement discussions and engage both business and technical teams with minimal oversight. A background in IT, Computer Science, or Management Information Systems is preferred. Experience in telecommunications, Agile methodologies, or exposure to digital/API/BSS-OSS initiatives is an advantage but not required.
