Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Management, Accounting, or related field.
• 8+ years in business analysis and 3+ years in senior BA role.
• 5+ years in banking/financial services domain.
• 5+ years designing and documenting business processes.
• 5+ years QA and testing IT applications.
• Knowledge of public expenditure and financial accountability frameworks.
• Proven vendor management experience.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication.

Responsibilities

• Perform deep dive learning of existing processes, requirements, and applications.
• Develop additional requirements documents for the project as needed.
• Assist in test case preparation, review, and execution.
• Coordinate with testing team and support User Acceptance Testing.
• Monitor and manage bug fixes and issue resolutions.
• Engage vendors for requirements elaboration, design reviews, QA and issue resolution.
