Smart Communications in the Philippines seeks a Senior Business Analyst Specialist – IT SSQC to bridge business needs with technology. You will lead requirements elicitation and analysis for complex system-delivery projects, collaborating with solution architects, developers, and testers across the SDLC.

The role emphasizes facilitating workshops, guiding scope and risk decisions, and maintaining governance and traceability.

Qualifications

5 to 8 years of IT business analysis experience.
Background in IT, Computer Science or MIS preferred.
Experience in telecommunications or Agile is a plus.

Responsibilities

Lead requirements elicitation and analysis for IT system delivery projects.
Facilitate workshops with business and technical stakeholders to align scope and risk.
Partner with solution architects and development/testing teams throughout the SDLC.
Plan and monitor BA efforts including approach, stakeholder analysis, and workplan.
Assess and recommend delivery approaches (configuration, code development, capability build, or modernization).
Drive requirements governance with documentation standards and traceability.
