Bachelor’s degree required; 0–2 years in ITAM/SAM; familiar with ServiceNow SAM, Flexera, Snow; strong analytical and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or related field
• 0–2 years’ experience in ITAM, SAM, procurement, or IT operations
• Familiarity with SAM tools (e.g., ServiceNow SAM, Flexera, Snow) is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
• Basic understanding of software licensing concepts
• Good communication and documentation skills
