Job summary

ERNI Development Center Philippines Inc. in Mandaluyong is seeking a Senior IT Asset Management Analyst to lead HAM Pro implementations and ITAM governance. You will define requirements, oversee configurations, validate deliverables, and ensure governance and data quality across ServiceNow, Flexera, and Oracle FAR.

The role requires strong technical and stakeholder management skills, with hybrid work and onsite reporting at least once a week. Location: Ortigas/Mandaluyong, Philippines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, Eng, or related field is required.
• Minimum 5 years in IT Asset Management, ITSM, or related IT operations.
• Solid knowledge of ServiceNow HAM Pro, hardware stockrooms, asset lifecycle, asset normalization, CMDB reconciliation.
• Understanding of ServiceNow capabilities: Business Rules, UI Policies, Flow Designer/Workflow, ACLs, and analytics.
• Experience with IT asset/software asset tools (e.g., Flexera) and API/MID Server integration with ServiceNow.
• Strong governance, compliance, controls, and data management skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Act as the technical interface with the ServiceNow implementation vendor for HAM Pro.
• Define and validate requirements for hardware stockrooms, asset lifecycle stages/models, asset normalization, CMDB reconciliation, and ITAM workflows.
• Review and test ServiceNow configurations, including Flow Designer/Workflow, Business Rules, UI Policies, ACLs, and reporting/Analytics.
• Oversee and validate HAM Pro and Flexera integrations, including API/MID Server connectivity and data quality.
• Ensure accurate tracking of asset ownership, lifecycle status, financial attributes, and compliance across ITAM systems.
