Job summary

Lattice Semiconductor Corp. in Manila, Philippines is seeking a Senior Design Engineer – Modeling to develop, validate, and deliver IP behavioral models and related hardware collateral for internal teams and customers.

You’ll translate specifications into accurate models and drive validation across multiple projects, collaborating with Design, Verification, and Software teams. The role emphasizes reusable automation, scalable workflows, and strong problem solving.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or higher in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or related field.
• Demonstrated senior-level experience in digital/analog/IP modeling and verification environments.
• Strong understanding of RTL, simulation, and design/verification flow.
• Proficiency in Verilog/SystemVerilog for modeling and simulation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain IP functional and behavioral models using Verilog, SystemVerilog, and SystemC/C++ where applicable.
• Translate IP specifications and design intent into model requirements and verification objectives.
• Perform functional testing, lint/CDC checks, regression testing, and equivalency checks against hardware references.
• Lead generation, audit, validation, and release of timing, power, and metadata deliverables for IP integration.
• Develop scripts/workflows to improve model generation, validation, and traceability.
• Collaborate with IP Design, Verification, Integration, Software, and Applications teams.
