Job summary

Lattice Philippines is seeking a Senior Design Engineer – Modeling to develop, validate, and deliver IP behavioral models and related hardware collateral. You will translate IP specifications into clear model requirements and work with IP Design, Verification, and Software teams to ensure quality and timely delivery.

Responsibilities include functional testing, verification planning, and script-driven workflow improvements to scale model accuracy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, Computer Engineering, or related field.
• Senior-level experience in digital, analog, FPGA/ASIC IP modeling and verification.
• Strong knowledge of RTL, simulation, and verification flows.
• Proficiency in Verilog/SystemVerilog; scripting in Python, Perl, TCL, or Shell.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain IP functional/behavioral models using Verilog/SystemVerilog.
• Translate specifications into model requirements, plans, and verification objectives.
• Perform functional testing, audits, lint/CDC checks, and regression testing.
• Lead generation and release of timing, power, and metadata deliverables.
• Collaborate with multi-site teams across IP Design, Verification, and Software.
• Develop reusable scripts/workflows to improve model generation and auditing.
