Job summary

You will collaborate with Sales, Billing, Accounts Receivable, and Accounting to resolve billing issues, prepare weekly reporting, and support process improvements to enhance accuracy and efficiency.

The role requires a college degree in accounting or related field and at least two years of experience in billing and financial administration.

Qualifications

• College graduate in accounting/finance/business administration or related field.
• Minimum 2 years in billing/invoicing, accounts receivable, and related accounting operations.
• Experience with financial administration processes and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily invoicing workflows and ensure invoices are accurate and timely.
• Serve as primary contact for invoice inquiries and maintain billing records.
• Process adjustments, credit notes, and corrections with proper auditing.
• Prepare weekly and monthly invoicing reports and analyze revenue data.
• Coordinate with Sales, Billing, Collections, Accounting, and Operations to resolve issues.
