Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent; 4-year course graduate.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Experience in encoding, monitoring, and payment follow-up.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to deliver reports on time and communicate with clients.

Responsibilities

• Requesting and following up on invoices from insurers by business unit.
• Transmit invoices to clients via email by business unit.
• Provide hard copies of invoices upon client request.
• Review Certificates of Insurance, policies, and invoices for completeness and accuracy.
• Maintain an organized filing system with proper saving and retention of documents.
• Monitor payment status, CWT status, payment terms or PPW, and remittances.
• Validate invoices against payments and communicate discrepancies to the relevant business unit or client.
• Coordinate payment-related matters with insurers.
• Raise booking requests via Inflow in accordance with established procedures.
• Provide booking confirmation to the account executive.
• Respond to inquiries from clients and the account management team.
• Manage phone calls and business correspondence, including emails and letters.
• Prepare and submit reports and presentations within required timelines.
• Provide administrative support and collaborate with internal teams.
