Job summary

IQ-EQ is seeking a Senior Invoicing Administrator in the Philippines. You will be responsible for issuing invoices, recording transactions, and supporting the finance team.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy and relevant experience. The role offers a hybrid working arrangement with comprehensive benefits including health coverage from day one and 26 days of paid leave.

THIS ROLE

Below are some of the responsibilities which you will have as a senior invoicing administrator:

• Issue accurate invoices for each of the different businesses on a timely manner
• Ensure proper and accurate recording transactions in our financial systems
• To deal with queries effectively from both internal stakeholders and external clients
• Provide day-to-day support to the Credit Controller, and the wider finance team. Assist in the preparation of documents and schedules and supporting information for internal stakeholders.

ABOUT YOU

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Financial Accounting, or Management Accounting
• Relevant experience with 1 to 2 years in a similar role
• Communication skills with clear written and verbal proficiency
• Technical expertise including advanced MS Excel and Microsoft Office
• Professional attributes such as accuracy, confidentiality, teamwork, and ability to meet deadlines
