Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Global Finance in Taguig, Philippines, is seeking an I2C Manager (Collections) to lead end-to-end collections operations across multiple teams within a defined region. You will optimize cash flow, manage risk, and balance customer relationships with governance requirements while reporting to the Senior Manager (Collections).

Bring 8–10 years in finance or IOps, 4–7 years of people management, and strong leadership to drive performance, forecasting, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• CPA/CMA/MBA or other relevant certifications preferred.
• 8–10 years progressive experience in Finance/IOperations, with 4–7 years in people management.

Responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end collections operations across multiple teams and portfolios.
• Drive cash performance metrics (DSO, aging) and AR forecasting.
• Ensure compliance with laws, internal controls, and J&J Credo principles.
• Develop and coach the collections organization to improve performance and engagement.
