Qualifications

• Advanced Excel skills for large datasets and analysis.
• Power BI experience for dashboards and analytics.

Responsibilities

• Lead root cause analyses for inventory increases and overstock.
• Research ERP exceptions to identify drivers (demand, supply, MOQ, lead time, etc.).
• Develop and improve Power BI dashboards and reports for inventory risk.
• Collaborate with IT, Master Data, and planning owners to improve reports.
• Review and adjust orders with schedulers, buyers, and leaders to prevent excess.
• Create RCA categories and Pareto reports to quantify drivers and impact.
• Translate analytics into actionable ownership with due dates and risks.
• Establish standardized processes, rules, and governance for inventory tools.
• Communicate findings clearly to leadership with options and next steps.
