Job summary

Advanced Energy is seeking a Finance Business Partner to strengthen inventory controls and reporting across global locations. The role collaborates with Finance, Procurement, Production, and Warehouse teams to optimize RM, WIP, and FG inventory and improve BOM accuracy.

The candidate should have hands-on ERP experience (SAP or Oracle) and strong data skills with Power BI and Excel. A manufacturing background and attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

3+ years in inventory control and warehousing within manufacturing
Experience working with Finance, Procurement, Production and Warehouse teams
Hands-on with RM, WIP, FG inventories and BOM
Experience with Cycle Count, Physical Inventory, and Stock Reconciliation
ERP exposure (SAP ECC/S4 Hana or Oracle) and strong data analytics skills
Strong in Power BI and Advanced Excel

Responsibilities

Finance Business Partner with Inventory Management Team
Analyze Inventory Information globally and identify improvement opportunities
Drive Inventory Improvement Actions across locations
Improve Inventory Reporting and Dashboards to drive actions
Ensure proper controls around Inventory are observed by all locations globally
Drive standardization of Inventory management processes
