Robinsons Supermarket Corporation is seeking a Data‑driven Supply Chain Manager – Analytics to translate complex operations data into actionable insights, optimize performance, and guide decision making across the organization. You will build dashboards, define KPIs, and collaborate with IT to implement analytics platforms.

With 5+ years in supply chain analytics, you will drive automation, improve data accessibility, and support cross-functional stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field; Master’s degree preferred
• 5+ years of experience in supply chain analytics or related roles
• Strong proficiency in data tools (Power BI, SQL, Excel, Python/R) and ERP/replenishment systems (SAP, Oracle, Manhattan, JDA WMS, Infor)
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Responsibilities

• Analytics and Insights: Develops dashboards and KPI tracking (fill rate, forecast accuracy, service level, on-time delivery, supplier performance) for real-time visibility
• Systems and Digital Enablement: Leads analytics platform implementations and reporting solutions with IT and business stakeholders
• Process Improvement: Drives automation and digitalization to streamline processes and enhance supply chain performance through continuous monitoring

Duties and Responsibilities:

Supply Chain Manager – Analytics leads data-driven initiatives to optimize supply chain performance, efficiency, and decision-making across the organization. This role will be responsible for translating complex operational data into analytical insights, identifying opportunities for process optimization, and ensuring business requirements are effectively translated into scalable analytical and system solutions. Additionally, the role is in charge of the following:

• Analytics and Insights
  
  
  
  • Develops and maintains supply chain performance dashboards and key performance indicators (KPI) including fill rate, forecast accuracy, service level, on-time delivery, supplier performance, etc. to provide real-time visibility into business performance
  
  
  
  


• Systems and Digital Enablement
  
  
  
  • Leads the implementation and optimization of supply chain analytics platforms and reporting solutions while partnering with IT and business stakeholders to leverage emerging technologies that enhance operational planning, agility, and performance.
