Job summary

Nexperia is seeking a Finance Data and Process Lead to be the central expert for inventory data insights within the global Finance organization. You will own reporting, drive data model improvements, and partner with Finance BI teams to implement governance and SOPs for Inventory Data Controlling across regions.

This role requires strong Excel and SAP skills, plus cross-cultural collaboration and the ability to translate business needs into reliable financial insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in economics, Finance, Data Science, or related field.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in Finance, Financial Controlling, Data Analytics, or Reporting.
• Advanced knowledge of SAP ERP and SAP BW data models.
• Basic understanding of IFRS reporting standards.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across global teams.
• Strong analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail and data accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Inventory Data Insights.
• Own and ensure accurate, complete, and timely financial reporting.
• Drive continuous improvement of financial data models and reporting with IT and business stakeholders.
• Act as a trusted advisor to the global Finance organization.
• Support design, implementation, and execution of business processes and internal controls.
• Own governance and SOPs for Inventory Data Controlling.
• Identify opportunities to improve reporting accuracy, efficiency, and data quality.
