Job description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst (Inventory & Supply Chain) to support inventory accuracy, transaction monitoring, and operational analysis. This role plays a key part in ensuring accurate inventory records, identifying process improvement opportunities, and supporting efficient warehouse and supply chain operations.

Job Responsibilities
Inventory Management
  • Monitor and maintain inventory accuracy through regular audits, cycle counts, and stock reconciliation activities.
  • Analyze inventory discrepancies and recommend corrective actions to prevent recurring issues.
  • Collaborate with procurement, warehouse, and production teams to ensure timely and accurate inventory transactions.
  • Prepare and maintain inventory reports, analyses, and operational records.
  • Support inventory control initiatives to improve accuracy and operational efficiency.
  • Participate in operational meetings and provide inventory-related insights and recommendations.
  • Promote compliance with inventory control procedures and workplace safety standards.
System Transaction Analysis
  • Monitor inbound and outbound inventory transactions to ensure system accuracy.
  • Analyze warehouse and inventory data to identify trends, discrepancies, and process improvement opportunities.
  • Support initiatives aimed at improving warehouse efficiency, reducing operational costs, and enhancing service levels.
  • Assist in evaluating and implementing best practices related to inventory and supply chain operations.
  • Participate in cross-functional projects focused on operational excellence and continuous improvement
Other Duties
  • Assist with special projects, reporting requirements, and process improvement initiatives.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in data analysis, warehouse operations, logistics, inventory control, or supply chain management.
  • Experience working with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), ERP systems, or inventory management platforms.
  • Experience conducting inventory audits, cycle counts, and stock reconciliations.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools.
