Job summary

Kohler Co. is seeking a Sr. Supply Chain Optimization Specialist in Juarez, Mexico, to drive inventory optimization and analytics across finished goods, raw materials, and WIP.

You will lead cross-functional initiatives, conduct root cause analyses, and develop Power BI dashboards to provide early visibility of inventory risks. This role requires 5+ years in supply chain analytics, SAP/ERP experience, and advanced Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree as listed in Education and Experience Requirements.
• 5+ years of experience in supply chain, inventory management, or related analytics role.
• Experience with ERP or planning systems (prefer SAP ECC/S4, APO, IBP).
• Advanced Excel skills with large datasets, formulas, pivots, and structured analysis.
• Power BI experience including dashboards, data visualization, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead root cause analyses for inventory increases and overstock across FG, Raw Materials, WIP, and service-related inventory.
• Research inventory exceptions in ERP to identify drivers related to demand, supply, planning parameters, MOQ, or lead time.
• Develop and improve Power BI dashboards and reports to provide early visibility of inventory risks.
• Collaborate with IT/Data Analytics and business process owners to improve report reliability and automate analyses.
• Coordinate with schedulers, buyers, and planning teams to review, cancel, or adjust orders as needed.
• Create RCA categories and Pareto reporting to quantify major inventory drivers and financial impact.
• Translate analytics into actionable recommendations with owners and due dates; follow up until closure.
• Establish standardized processes, rules, governance, and user instructions for tools and dashboards.
• Communicate concise findings to leadership with required decisions, owners, and due dates.
