Job summary

Atlas Technica is seeking a Sr. Internal Support Engineer to join our rapidly growing team in Manila, PH. This remote-friendly role focuses on maintaining and improving internal infrastructure, including Azure AVD, Entra ID, Intune, and MS Defender, for our hedge fund clients.

The ideal candidate has extensive IT administration experience, strong communication skills, and a track record of delivering end-user support and successful migrations from on-prem to cloud environments.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of IT experience/administration.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• End User Support / Desktop Support for Windows 10/11 and Microsoft Office.
• Support of Microsoft 365 stack (Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Intune, Entra ID).
• Systems Administration: Windows Server 2019/2022 with Active Directory, Group Policy, Domain Controllers.
• Experience with ConnectWise Manage and Screen Connect.
• Experience in data and platform migrations (email security, VOIP, on-prem to cloud).
• Experience taking projects from PoC to production.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-user support for Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365 stack.
• Support Windows Server 2019/2022, Active Directory, Group Policy, and Domain Controllers.
• Manage ConnectWise Manage and Screen Connect for remote support.
• Migrate data and platforms (email security, VOIP, on-prem to cloud).
• Lead projects from proof-of-concept to production.
