About the Role

Our client, an international development finance institution based in Manila, is looking for an IT Analyst to drive the shift from traditional server management to automation-first, software-defined infrastructure. You\'ll help maintain high availability for critical financial applications while building a secure, self-healing IT environment.

What You\'ll Do

• Architect and maintain Windows Server (2019/2022) environments using Infrastructure as Code (PowerShell, Ansible, or Python).
• Manage hybrid identity across on-premises Active Directory and Azure AD with automated lifecycle management.
• Apply automated patching, vulnerability management, and security configurations to maintain compliance.
• Replace manual tasks with PowerShell/Python automation for patching, drift remediation, and health checks.
• Support CI/CD pipeline integration with Azure DevOps and implement self-healing monitoring systems.
• Design and support high-availability middleware for core financial platforms (e.g., Summit, Bloomberg, Risk Management systems).
• Collaborate with DBAs on MS SQL/Oracle performance tuning and automated backups.
• Automate disaster recovery drills and maintain IaC recovery playbooks.
• Apply Zero-Trust security practices and support continuous compliance auditing.

What You\'ll Bring

• 5+ years of experience in Infrastructure Technologies, with a track record of moving from manual to automated operations.
• Advanced knowledge of Windows Server (2016-2022), vSphere/Nutanix AHV, and Azure Administration.
• Strong networking fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, SSH, SMB) and modern cybersecurity frameworks.
• Professional proficiency in PowerShell, Ansible, Python, and Azure DevOps.
• Excellent English communication skills, bridging technical and business needs.
• Preferred: familiarity with IIS, Java, or WebSphere-based application lifecycle management.
