Job summary

Atlas Technica is seeking a Sr. Internal Support Engineer to join the internal infrastructure team in Manila, with remote work options. You will support internal systems including Azure AVD, Entra ID, Intune, and MS Defender, while managing VOIP and office devices.

Strong PowerShell and Windows Server administration are required. The role emphasizes migration projects, production deployments, and collaboration with the MSP tools ecosystem such as ConnectWise and Screen Connect.

Qualifications

Minimum 10 years of IT experience or administration.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Advanced PowerShell skills including scripting.
End User Support covering Windows and Office 365.
Experience with Microsoft 365 stack (Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Intune, Entra ID).
Systems Administration with Windows Server 2019/2022 (AD, Group Policy).
Experience with ConnectWise Manage and Screen Connect.
Experience with data and platform migrations (email security, VOIP, cloud migrations).
Experience taking projects from proof-of-concept to production.

Responsibilities

Provide internal IT systems support for Azure AVD, endpoint infra, Entra ID, Intune, MS Defender, and VOIP.
Manage and maintain Windows Server environments and Active Directory.
Perform end-user support for Windows 10/11, Office 365, devices.
Handle migrations and deployments from POC to production.
Collaborate with MSP tools like ConnectWise and Screen Connect.
