Job summary

Lewis Personnel Management in the Philippines is seeking a Senior IT Infrastructure Engineer to design, optimize, and secure complex IT environments with a focus on Entra ID, AD, DNS, PKI, Exchange Online, Windows Server, and AWS.

You will lead hybrid infrastructure, implement monitoring and security hardening, develop automation with PowerShell and ServiceNow, and collaborate across IT teams to deliver reliable, scalable services.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of IT infrastructure experience or similar role.
• Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• Strong expertise in Windows Server, AD, Entra ID, DNS, PKI, and VMware vSphere.
• Know-how in networking, security, ITIL/ITSM, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).
• Proven problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with PowerShell, automation, and infrastructure projects.
• Certifications such as AWS, Terraform, or GitLab are advantageous.
• Excellent English communication skills.

About the Role

We are looking for a Senior IT Infrastructure Engineer to manage and optimize critical IT infrastructure, with a strong focus on Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, DNS, PKI, Exchange Online, Windows Server, and AWS.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, maintain, and secure Hybrid Active Directory & Entra ID environments.

• Manage Exchange Online, AWS SES, DNS, PKI, and Windows Server infrastructure.

• Support migration and integration of on-premises infrastructure to AWS.

• Develop automation using PowerShell and ServiceNow.

• Provide L2/L3 infrastructure support and troubleshoot complex issues.

• Collaborate with Network, Security, Application, and other IT teams.

Requirements
