Job summary

Uniguarantee Insurance Brokerage, Inc. is seeking a Senior Account Officer to manage the complete renewal lifecycle for corporate and personal clients. You will work with clients and insurers to deliver timely renewals, address diverse needs, and grow long-term relationships.

The role requires 3+ years in insurance broking or account management, with strong communication and MS Office skills, and a proven ability to manage multiple deadlines.

Qualifications

• Graduate with a four-year degree in business, finance, marketing or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years in insurance broking, account management or underwriting.
• Working knowledge of non-life insurance products.
• Strong communication, negotiation and client service skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage several deadlines.
• Organized with strong follow-ups and MS Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Manage renewal portfolio and set renewal targets for premium and renewal ratio.
• Prepare and send renewal notices, underwriting information, comparative analyses, and client presentations.
• Get, review, and negotiate renewal quotes from insurance companies.
• Follow up with insurers so quotes and policy documents arrive on time.
• Work with clients to collect complete renewal information.
• Book policies, endorsements, certificates, and other documents within timelines.
• Coordinate with Accounting, Claims, Technical and QA teams to resolve renewal concerns.
• Find cross-selling and up-selling opportunities within existing accounts.
