Job summary

Manulife Financial Corporation, a leading international financial services provider, is seeking a Corporate Account Senior Supervisor to oversee end-to-end administration and after-sales servicing of group insurance accounts.

You will manage policy and member records, renewals, underwriting requirements, commissions, COI/COC, and billing coordination, while supporting client and distributor inquiries and driving process improvements.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of Group Accounts Management and/or Operations experience.
• Strong understanding of Group Life, Group Credit Life, and Employee Benefits operations.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
• Demonstrates responsiveness, excellence, and a continuous improvement mindset.

Responsibilities

• Process member movements and changes in coverage.
• Record beneficiary designations and maintain policy records.
• Issue Certificates of Insurance (COI) and Certificates of Coverage (COC).
• Maintain and update the active list of insured members.
• Process policy reinstatement for lapsed accounts.
• Prepare and issue No Evidence Limit (NEL) letters.
• Process Group Credit Life (GCL) list reconciliation.
• Conduct Bridger scanning.
• Provide claims member confirmation to validate eligibility.
• Compute and process commission payout requests.
• Coordinate with Billing, Claims, and Finance/Treasury.
• Prepare and submit member underwriting cases.
• Assist in issuing Letters of Authorization (LOA).
• Prepare and submit Reinsurance (RI) reports and Valuation Reports.
• Prepare other reports such as ANP, Concentration Risk, and Accrual.
• Request Certificate of Withholding Tax (CWT).
• Support APE increment reporting.
