• Developing and monitoring metrics for evaluating training and development effectiveness May include the design of computer-based training programs. May select and/or oversee vendors to develop training content or conduct training.

Specialized schooling or previous practical experience likely to be required. Understands and demonstrates the need to deliver to time, cost and quality and proactively adjusts for changing requirements.
