Qualifications

• Analyzing employee learning needs and partnering with subject matter experts to provide input for course content.
• Planning and coordinating skills assessments and training.
• Providing instruction and guidance to trainers; may facilitate training during introduction of new courses.
• Developing and monitoring metrics for evaluating training and development effectiveness and design of computer-based training.

Responsibilities

• Developing training curricula and materials for the general workforce and targeted functional/technical areas.
• Collaborating with business management to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
• Delivering instruction and guidance to trainers as needed; facilitating new course introductions.
• Monitoring training effectiveness through metrics and adjusting content to improve outcomes.
