Qualifications

• Strong experience supporting enterprise infrastructure environments.
• Windows Server 2016/2019/2022 administration: AD, GPO, DNS/DHCP, Cert Services, File/Print, Clustering, PowerShell.
• Linux administration including RHEL/SLES, storage, patching, security, Bash scripting.
• Experience with VMware vSphere/ESXi, enterprise storage, backups, DR, and cloud (AWS/Azure).
• Strong scripting with PowerShell, Bash, Python.
• Experience with monitoring/observability platforms and ITIL-based change management.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced operational support across platforms, ensuring availability and performance.
• Lead troubleshooting and root-cause analysis for incidents.
• Maintain governance, documentation, and best practices in operations.
• Perform capacity planning, performance tests, and health assessments.
