Job summary

TP ICAP is seeking an Infrastructure Support Senior Engineer to provide technical expertise for our on-premises and cloud environments in a hybrid setup in Taguig. You will focus on stability, performance, and automation while acting as a senior escalation point for complex incidents and capacity planning.

The role requires strong Windows and Linux administration, scripting, and experience with VMware, AWS/Azure, and container platforms.

Qualifications

• Strong experience supporting enterprise infrastructure environments.
• Extensive Windows Server and Linux administration experience.
• Scripting and automation skills with PowerShell, Bash, Python.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced operational support across multiple platforms.
• Lead troubleshooting and root-cause analysis for complex incidents.
• Establish and maintain best practices, governance, and observability.
• Perform capacity planning, performance testing, and health assessments.
• Ensure changes follow documentation and change-management processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and mentor junior engineers.
