Qualifications

• Essential: Strong experience supporting enterprise infrastructure environments.
• Essential: Windows Server 2016/2019/2022 administration including AD, GPO, DNS/DHCP, Certificate Services, File/Print, Clustering, PowerShell automation.
• Essential: Linux administration with RHEL/SLES, storage/FS, patch management, performance analysis, security hardening, Bash scripting.
• Essential: VMware vSphere/ESXi, enterprise storage, backup/recovery, DR environments, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).
• Essential: Scripting and automation with PowerShell, Bash, Python.
• Essential: Observability and monitoring platforms; ITIL-based change management.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced operational support across multiple platforms to ensure availability and performance.
• Lead troubleshooting and root-cause analysis for complex incidents and performance issues.
• Establish and maintain best practices, governance, and observability for infrastructure operations.
• Perform capacity planning, performance testing, and health assessments.
• Ensure changes follow governance and documentation standards; collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Contribute to disaster recovery planning, testing and documentation.
• Identify and drive continuous improvement initiatives in operations.
• Serve as a senior escalation point and mentor junior engineers.
