CreditAccess Philippines Financing Company, Inc is seeking a Senior IT Infrastructure Services Officer (Principal Infrastructure Engineer) to lead design, deployment, and optimization of on‑prem and cloud infrastructure. You will supervise architecture, automation, and operations while mentoring engineers and driving modernization projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT/CE or related field.
• 6–8 years in Infrastructure Engineering, Systems Administration, or Cloud Infrastructure.
• 3+ years hands-on AWS and/or Microsoft Azure.
• Strong CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, and enterprise infra operations skills.
• Certifications in AWS/Azure/VMware/Red Hat/Terraform or Kubernetes preferred.
• Windows Server and Linux administration experience.
• Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy knowledge.
• PowerShell, Bash, Python scripting capability.
• Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, or Jenkins experience.
• IAM, MFA, Vulnerability Management, and Patch Management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, implementation, enhancement, and maintenance of enterprise IT infrastructure.
• Administer Windows Server, Linux Server, AD, DNS, DHCP, File Services, virtualization, and storage systems.
• Design, deploy, and manage hybrid on‑premises and cloud infrastructure.
• Manage virtualization platforms such as VMware, Hyper‑V, or equivalent.
• Troubleshoot, root cause analysis, and resolve complex infrastructure issues and incidents.
• Design, deploy, administer, and optimize AWS and Azure cloud infrastructure.
• Develop infrastructure automation using PowerShell, Bash, or Python.
• Implement IaC using Terraform, CloudFormation/ARM/Bicep.
• Monitor infrastructure health, availability, and performance.
• Serve as highest escalation point for complex infra issues.
