Job summary

Cepat Kredit Financing Inc. is seeking an IT System Administrator to manage on‑premises and cloud infrastructure, ensuring security and reliability of all systems.

You will monitor servers, networks, storage, and access controls; troubleshoot incidents; support backups, patches, and IT projects; and coordinate with vendors to resolve issues. A degree in IT and 2+ years of experience are expected, with virtualization and cloud familiarity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field.
• At least two years in system administration or IT infrastructure.
• Knowledge of server administration, networking, OS, access management.
• Familiarity with virtualization platforms (VMware/Hyper‑V).
• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/OCI).
• Relevant IT certifications are an advantage but not required.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, documentation, and communication skills.
• Organized, detail‑oriented, reliable, and capable of handling confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Administer and monitor servers, networks, cloud systems, storage, and related infrastructure.
• Manage user accounts, access rights, permissions, and storage allocations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system, server, access, and infrastructure concerns.
• Support system configuration, patching, updates, backups, recovery, and restoration activities.
• Monitor system performance, security logs, alerts, vulnerabilities, and unusual activities.
• Coordinate with internal IT teams, vendors, and service providers to resolve technical issues.
• Maintain updated system documentation, access logs, configuration records, and infrastructure inventory.
• Support infrastructure upgrades, cloud activities, system improvements, and IT projects.
• Ensure compliance with cybersecurity, data privacy, confidentiality, and access control requirements.
