Job summary

NCS Philippines is seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Architect to align architecture with project needs in a fast-paced environment. You will lead capacity planning across on‑premise, virtualized, and cloud platforms, ensure secure rollouts, and document architecture from design to evaluation.

The role requires 3–5+ years in IT infrastructure with hands-on deployment experience and strong collaboration with project teams to deliver reliable, scalable systems.

Qualifications

• Education – Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in IT or related field.
• Related Work Experience – 3–5+ years in IT infrastructure roles.
• Hands-on experience in IT infrastructure design, implementation, migration, operations and solution deployment.
• Solutions design of IT infrastructures (compute, storage, network, security).

Responsibilities

• Consult with IT project teams to align infrastructure architecture with project requirements.
• Develop capacity plans for computer and storage needs (on‑prem, virtual, cloud).
• Ensure architecture rollouts meet security standards and integrate with existing infra.
• Develop detailed implementation plans for infrastructure architecture based on IT strategies.
• Participate in requirements gathering and contribute to IT infrastructure plans.
• Evaluate project success and capture lessons learned for improvement.
• Provide leadership feedback for future integration plans.
• Ensure documentation of architecture design and evaluation work.
• Develop and execute communications/education plan for infrastructure architecture.
• Regularly inspect and improve current systems and procedures.
• Ensure disaster preparedness; secure backup and recovery methods.
• Other job-related activities as assigned.
