Job summary

Redmap in Metro Manila, Philippines seeks an IT Infrastructure Engineer to maintain reliability and security across on-prem and cloud environments. You will manage core infrastructure, implement backups, and improve operational practices while mentoring Associate engineers.

You will work with Product, Cloud Engineering, and Support teams to deliver reliable services and create runbooks, documentation, and automation improvements.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in Microsoft Intune + AWS.
• Hands-on Microsoft Intune / Endpoint Management.
• Strong incident management and troubleshooting.
• Scripting in PowerShell or Bash.
• Terraform or CloudFormation in cloud migrations.
• CI/CD and deployment tooling.
• ISO27001 / Essential Eight or similar security frameworks.
• Relevant AWS or Microsoft certifications.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, administer, and maintain server, storage, and network infrastructure (on-premises and cloud).
• Ensure systems are patched, updated, and meet security and compliance standards.
• Manage user accounts, access controls, and authentication systems.
• Assist with deploying, upgrading, and decommissioning infrastructure components.
• Implement and manage backups, disaster recovery processes, and system security measures.
• Proactively identify and resolve issues in systems, applications, and network services.
• Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot incidents and drive resolution.
• Escalate complex issues appropriately while maintaining ownership and communication.
• Test and evaluate system changes, new tools, and infrastructure improvements.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and internal runbooks.
• Contribute to continuous improvement through automation, tooling, and shared knowledge.
• Support onboarding and mentoring of Associate-level engineers.
