Job summary

You will drive service quality, meet SLAs, deliver executive reporting on health, risks, performance trends, and improvement plans, and act as the single accountability for service performance and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Extensive ITIL-based service management and governance experience.
• Proven ability to manage 200+ associates in a 24x7 environment.
• Experience with enterprise data centers, hybrid cloud, and regulated industries.
• Bachelor degree; postgraduate qualification is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of infrastructure operations across data centers, campus sites, branch locations, container platforms, and cloud environments.
• Ensure achievement of contractual SLAs, OLAs, KPIs, availability commitments, and service-quality targets.
• Provide executive reporting on service health, risks, performance trends, capacity, and improvement plans.
• Act as the single point of accountability for service performance, escalations, and customer satisfaction.
• Lead 200+ associates across multiple towers, locations, shifts, and partners.
• Govern Incident, Major Incident, Problem, Change, Release, Capacity, Availability, and Service Continuity Management.
• Drive improvements in MTTR, incident recurrence, and customer experience.
