• Knowledge of ITIL and managed services operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical operations and act as final escalation for critical incidents.
• Ensure SLA/KPI compliance and effective incident handling.
• Mentor L1/L2/L3 engineers and ensure 24/7 readiness.
• Coordinate with internal teams and clients; provide major-incident updates.
• Maintain and improve operational processes and documentation.
• Drive continuous improvement through RCA and new technologies.
