Q2 HR Solutions is seeking a Senior IT Manager to lead the technology function and drive enterprise-wide digital transformation. The role reports to the CFO and covers IT infrastructure, enterprise applications, cybersecurity, software development, and operations.

The ideal candidate is a people-focused leader with strong business acumen, capable of building high-performing teams, influencing stakeholders, and delivering innovative technology solutions that support organizational growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 10+ years of progressive IT leadership experience leading enterprise IT teams.
• Experience leading digital transformation and enterprise technology initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, cloud technologies, ERP systems, enterprise applications, and cybersecurity.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience supporting shared services or multi-business organizations is an advantage.
• MBA or Master's degree is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the organization's IT strategy and technology roadmap.

Reporting directly to the Group Chief Financial Officer (CFO), this leadership role is responsible for overseeing IT infrastructure, enterprise applications, cybersecurity, software development, and technology operations while ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
