GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES

The Senior Project Manager is responsible for leading project teams and managing all activities across the project lifecycle, including project planning, time and resource management, change management, risk management, and stakeholder engagement. The role ensures that projects are delivered on time, within agreed scope and budget, and in compliance with established project management methodologies and organizational standards.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensure projects are delivered within agreed scope, schedule, and budget.

• Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes, tools, and methodologies.

• Ensure compliance with established project management standards and best practices.

• Communicate project status, progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders, escalating as appropriate.

• Monitor and resolve project issues, implementing risk mitigation strategies.

• Manage project team members to ensure the right resources are assigned at each project phase.

• Lead and coach project team members in both technical and non-technical aspects to enable successful delivery of tasks and outputs.

• Technical Proficiencies Required:

  • Agile/Scrum Master Execution:Expert in running sprint planning, backlog grooming, and daily syncs. (Scrum Master or PMP certification highly preferred).

  • Project Ecosystems:Advanced administration of tools like Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps to track Winston’s exact velocity, ticket by ticket.

  • QA & UAT Orchestration:Proven experience managing rigorous Quality Assurance (QA) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) cycles, including bug triage and release management.

  • Risk & Dependency Mapping:Ability to map critical-path technical blockers and highlight exactly where the external vendor is bottlenecking internal IT resources.

  • Security Gate Enforcement:Familiarity with InfoSec protocols. They will coordinate with internal tech to ensure Winston passes penetration testing, architecture reviews, and data compliance audits before a singl3 line of code is deployed.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.

• With strong experience leading and orchestrating multiple workstreams

• Can effectively drive delivery, coordinate cross-functional teams, and manage the overall program with minimal supervision.

RELATED WORK EXPERIENCE

• Minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience in project management, including at least three (3) full-cycle implementation projects.

• Experience in the retail industry preferred, with exposure to SAP, ERP, Analytics, Integration, Deployment, Security, and POS systems
